In this 4 part series we can either do in one session of 3 hours, or a 4 week 1/hr series. We will use the tools from Kelsey Patel's book "Burning Bright" to help combat anxiety, stress & burnout. Along with using some of my personal training based on yoga, reiki and meditation experience.
